Common Inquiries
CAN MY PETS STAY TOGETHER?
We can lodge two large dogs together or up to three small dogs together. We can lodge two cats together, and have one condo that can house three cats. Generally, we prefer to board your pets together, but cannot if they have separate diets or if one eats too fast for the other to get their food.
DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD?
Yes! We provide Diamond Naturals Chicken and Rice--a premium, corn- and wheat-free, dry food (dog and cat formulas). This is available at no additional cost.
WHAT IF I WANT TO BRING MY OWN FOOD?
Our food is a high quality food that most pets can switch to without issue. If your pet has a sensitive stomach and needs to stay on their own food, please bring dry food in a Zip-Loc style bag with their name on it. Canned food should have their name written on the side of the can. Please note, there is a $1 per item, per meal surcharge for any item apart from the dry food. Cat canned food is excepted from this charge.
DO YOU ACCEPT RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?
We do accept some rare or exotic pets. Please call for rates and more information. Please note that we do not accept rabbits or ferrets.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE WHOLE STAY IF I PICK UP EARLY?
We ask that you give us 48 hours notice to make changes to your reservation. Less than 48 hours will be charged the full stay or for two nights, whichever is less.
